RMS 3.1


After successful migration to ICES 3.1, we are pleased to inform you that for the first time in India, the RMS 3.1 Risk Management System(RMS) in Imports is being implemented at ACTL w.e.f 04.06.2010.

​

Please refer to the Board's Circulars 43/2005 and 42/2005- Customs, both dated 24.11.2005 (links given here below) in this regards.

For further information, you may request your CHA(s) or representative(s) to get in touch with customs office at ACTL.

ONLINE TRANSMISSION OF SHIPPING BILLS TO DGFT

​

After successful migration to ICES 1.5, we are pleased to inform you that for the first time in India, the functionality of online transmission of Shipping Bills with regard to DEPB, DES and EPCG to DGFT is now fully operational at ACTL under ICES 1.5.

​

The major advantages of online transmission of Shipping Bills includes – faster processing, no physical presence required and no waiting queues.

​

ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE

​

"ACTL premises are now also monitored by colour CCTV cameras to further reinforce security. The new state-of-the-art cameras are situated at strategic locations covering the warehouse, yard, and operations areas. In light of heightened security concerns internationally, this is another step in maintaining and further improving service standards at ACTL. Our CCTV cameras also have recording capabilities up to several weeks to enable retrospective diagnostics."

ACTL & MUNDRA AND KANDLA

​

"Carrier Bond between ACTL & Mundra and Kandla has now been approved by customs. This service offers you the facility to move import containers by road between ACTL and gateway ports of Mundra and Kandla. For charges and other details please refer to our tariff (Tariff page) or contact us (Contact Us page) by e-mail or phone/fax."

ROAD CONNECTING BALLABGARH TO GURGAON

​

"This yard is strategically located in Sector 25 on the road connecting Ballabgarh to Gurgaon, and is only 1.5 kms from the BVH Rail Head. Upto 1200 TEUs can be stored at this yard. Adequate container handling equipment and lighting, in addition to trained manpower and security is part of the infrastructure."
